3 St. Louis Concerts You Should See This April

Luckily for Saint Louis, being in the middle of the country means being in the middle of many bands’ tour routes. This month, there are a few bands coming to town that will have absolutely killer shows. Will we see you there?

1. MisterWives and Saint Motel at Scottrade Center (April 5th)

These two acts happen to be a couple of the most electrifying indie-pop performances out there. MisterWives was one of my favorite LouFest performances in 2016. With a huge venue at their disposal, MisterWives’ return to Saint Louis is sure to amaze.

2. COIN at Off Broadway (April 26th)

Similar to Misterwives, COIN brings an energy to the stage that will have you dancing in no time. With the resounding success of their single “Talk Too Much,” there is no doubt that it’s going to be a packed house. Not to mention Off Broadway is a nifty venue that every St. Louisan needs to explore at some point, so why not now?

3. Explosions in the Sky at The Pageant (April 28th)

Combine one of the best instrumental progressive rock bands there is with one of the best venues this city has to offer and you have the most anticipated concert of the month. This will not be for those with sensitive ears, as crushing walls of sound will be abound. This isn’t just a show, this is an experience. Make sure to get tickets before they sell out, because that will definitely happen.
